Possible, with conditions. Foreign income does not appear in ASAN Finance, so the bank assesses it through foreign bank statements, an employment contract or regular remittances to Azerbaijan. The easiest route is a guarantor with local income, or collateral.
Migrant income is "invisible" to Azerbaijani banks: neither ASAN Finance nor the Credit Bureau reflects it. Banks therefore ask for documentary proof or domestic security. For those who send money home regularly, card history is a strong argument. Below we explain which documents work and which products are realistic.

Some banks consider it with a large down payment and documented income. The state mortgage programme requires official income in Azerbaijan.
